After booking your appointment, you’ll complete some pre-session work and make a log of the times you feel anxious. This is important because it helps us understand your situation and tailor your session. In the session we use detailed goals and a host of powerful techniques. We aim to:

You’ll learn to imagine seeing, hearing and feeling yourself being full of confidence. It’s a technique called visualisation and is used by very successful people.
