How do you see your problems?

Metaphor of the 3 LIONS!

In a particular forest there were 3 Lions.

One day the monkey, elected representative of the animals subjects, had a meeting with all the vermin in the forest and said:
– we animals know that the lion is the king of animals, but there is a doubt in the air:

There are 3 STRONG LIONS. Which one should we pay tribute to? Who among them should be our king?

The 3 lions learned of the meeting and commented on each other:

“It’s true, the concern of the animals makes sense, a forest can’t have 3 Kings, we need to know which one of us will be chosen.”

But how to find out?

That was the big question: fighting among themselves they didn’t want to, because they were close friends.
The standoff was formed.
Again, all animals gathered to discuss a solution to the case. After using brainstorming techniques, etc. They had an excellent idea. The monkey met with the 3 felines and told what they decided:

Well, lions, we find a challenging solution to the problem. The solution is on the difficult mountain.

“Difficult mountain? What do you mean?”

” It’s simple. We decided that you 3 should climb the difficult mountain. Who reaches peak first will be consecrated the king of kings.”

The difficult mountain was the highest among all in that vast forest. The challenge was accepted. On the combined day, thousands of animals surrounded the mountain to watch the great climb. The first one tried. He couldn’t. He was defeated. The second tried. He couldn’t. He was defeated. The third tried. He couldn’t. He was defeated.

The animals were curious and impatient, after all, which one would be the king since the 3 were defeated? It was at that moment that a wise eagle, elderly in age and great in wisdom, asked for the word:

” I know who the king must be!!!” All animals have made a silence of great expectation. You know, but how? Everyone yelled at the eagle. – it’s simple, – confessed the wise eagle, – I was flying between them, very close, and when they returned losers to the valley, I heard what each of them said to the mountain.

The first lion said: – Mountain, you beat me!

The second lion said: – Mountain, you beat me!

The third lion also said: – “Mountain, you beat me, for now! But you, mountain, have already reached its final size, and I am still growing.”

–  “The difference, – completed the eagle, – is that the third lion had a winning attitude in front of defeat and who thinks so is greater than his problem: he is king of himself, is prepared to be king of others.
Forest animals enthusiastically applauded the third lion who was crowned king among kings.”

Moral of the story: no matter the size of your problems or difficulties you have; your problems, at least most of the time, have already reached the climax, are already at the maximum level – but not you.

You’re still growing. You’re bigger than all your problems together. You have not yet reached the limit of your potential and performance. The mountain of difficulties is limited!
